MPRI is seeking to hire law enforcement
personnel who qualify for embedded overseas assignments with our
military in Iraq
and Afghanistan.
The assignment is the Embedded Law
Enforcement Professional (LEP 2) program.
LEPs will be embedded with US Army and Marine units
deployed to Operation Iraqi Freedom (OIF) and Operation Enduring
Freedom (OEF).
LEP must have
the capability to obtain a SECRET level security clearance.
The LEP will assist other components of the
current Counter-Insurency efforts and advise on the
investigative direction, attack, and neutralization of complex
criminal and insurgent groups. Your
goal will be to disrupt, detect and/or defeat the IED networks
confronting military and civilian personnel.
Candidates must have
strong verbal and written communication skills.
The mission in
Iraq and Afghanistan
is physically and mentally challenging.
The weather is harsh and depending where you are located
there can be extreme heat in the summer and extreme cold in the
winter. The daily work
schedule taps into
7 days a week. You must
consider the long-term commitment and any health or physical
issues that would prevent or disrupt a successful mission.
