Dispatcher, Ellsworth County Sheriff's Office
The Ellsworth County Sheriff’s
Office is accepting applications
for a full-time dispatcher.
Candidates will be expected to
answer all 911 and
administrative telephones,
dispatch radio calls and run the
state computer system. Strong
communication skills and the
ability to think fast under
pressure are required.
Hours: Full Time
Salary: Starting salary is
$13.40 an hour plus benefits.
Hourly pay could be higher
depending on applicant’s
qualifications and
certifications.
Qualifications: Applicants are
required to be at least 18 years
of age, have a valid Kansas
driver’s license, possess a high
school diploma or GED, and have
no prior felony or disqualifying
convictions.
