The Kansas Department of Wildlife, Parks and Tourism will be accepting applications for the testing and assessment of individuals for entry level Natural Resource Officer Position within the Law Enforcement Division. Successful applicants will become part of a pool of eligible applicants that may receive offers for employment as a Natural Resource Officer I, commonly referred to as a Game Warden, or Conservation Officer. Interested individuals are required to have a Bachelor's degree from an accredited college. Preference given to individuals with coursework pertinent to the Game Warden profession.

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college and a valid driver’s license. Preferred degrees include but are not limited to: Fisheries, Wildlife, Conservation Ecology/Management/ Biology, Biology with Field Coursework emphasis, Environmental Ecology, Wildlife Range Management, Wildlife, Outdoor Enterprise Management and Criminal Justice.
