Phillips County Sheriff’s Office

certified law enforcement
applicants that have the desire
to work as a deputy sheriff in a
proactive law enforcement
agency. Phillips County is
intersected by US Hwy 183 and US
Hwy 36, which presents plenty of
work, and opportunity for the
proactive deputy, while at the
same time offers the best of
rural life. We provide all
equipment plus take-home patrol
Hours: Full Time
Salary: Salary depending on qualifications. Phillips County offers an excellent benefit package that includes health, vision and dental insurance, KPERS, paid vacation, paid sick leave, paid holidays.
Qualifications: Must have a High School Diploma or Equivalent (GED). Applicants must be able to pass background investigation, psychological exam. Must be open to scheduling flexibility (must have the ability to work any shift, weekends and holidays) must possess a Kansas Driver’s License with an acceptable driving record at the time of appointment. Applicants must be of good moral character with no felony, or domestic battery convictions.
