The City of Sterling has an opening in our Police Department.

This position performs duties in the protection of life and property and the preservation of order in the City of Sterling. The employee is responsible for enforcing all federal, state, and local laws and ordinances and leads investigations. Patrol duties include enforcing traffic laws, investigation of crimes, and accidents and providing public assistance. We have an awesome schedule that allows plenty of off time with family and friends. Our Police Department has one of the best reputations in the region and we want you to join in serving our neighbors! Pay scale of $21 to $26/hour DOQ with an exemplary benefits package.
