The City of McLouth, KS is accepting applications for a full time Police Officer. Chosen candidate should be self-motivated, community oriented, able to work with limited supervision and have the highest level of integrity and good moral character.

Qualifications for this position:

• Must be 21 years of age and be a U.S. Citizen
• Possess a high school diploma or GED, have a valid driver’s license
• Be able to pass a background check, drug screen and psychological exam
• No Giglio/Brady issues
• No domestic violence related convictions

• No felony or disqualifying misdemeanor convictions

• KLETC certified or eligible for reciprocity preferred but not required for the right candidate.
